30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Not happy with your product? No problem! You have 30 days from the date you received your parcel to return Little Frog products.
There are two easy ways to make a return:

  1. Via our Return Wizard: Click here: https://us.littlefrog.shop/en-US/returns-open.html to start the process.

  2. On your own: Simply include a short note with your order number and send the package to:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Tracking Number: Once you ship the product back, please email us the tracking number. This helps us significantly speed up the customs clearance process.
  • Customs: We do not refund customs duties or taxes paid to local authorities.
  • Condition: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows visible signs of use or has been washed, as it can no longer be sold as new. We will always notify you via email before finalizing such a refund.
  • Packaging: Don’t worry if the product cover or label is damaged – we understand that happens! We will simply replace it.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your package, we need a few days to inspect the items.
  • Refunds: Your refund will be issued via the original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer) within 7 days of receiving your return.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, let us know! We will organize the replacement and add any remaining balance to your customer account.
